Here is an excellent photo montage of the 1st Battalion, 187th " Rakasan's",   11th Air Assault Division, Ft. Benning Ga.  Photos show training activities prior to conversion to the 1st Cavalry Division and deployment to Vietnam.  You may see yourself here.  Down the left column is a copy of photos from D Company of the 187th.  Many of these soldiers deployed to Vietnam as part of D Company 1/12th, and you will recognize many of your Brothers in Arms.   These photos attest to the intensive tactics development and training in the new concept of helicopter warfare.
